Clarity Audit

One-time expert review – The clarity audit starts with a free 45 min video call, during which we will review your project. We will go through timelines, expectations, budget, and pain points. If it looks like we are a good fit to collaborate on your project, then we move forward with the audit.
- Our team will review any documents you provide. This could include design ideas, plans, bids, permits, etc. Anything to provide clarity and establish a snapshot of where your projects stands currently.
- A detailed report with summary of the project and suggestions for success will be provided. We believe in providing solutions that will save you time, money and stress. We will schedule a second call to review these results and answer related questions.
- At this point, you can take the clarity audit and implement the suggestions yourself with no further commitment.
- If you would like us to continue to be your advocate throughout the remainder of the project we then move to one of our other levels of service.
Tier Two
Renovation Reset
5-8% of project costs
Get back on track with expert guidance – Sometimes a project gets off course. Whether you have tried to DIY or encountered issues with your contractors, it can take an experienced new set of eyes to right the ship. With the Renovation Reset our team will help you stop the madness and bring you back in alignment with your project vision.
- Since every project we get involved with starts with our clarity audit, we will already be familiar with the basics. It is now time to dive in deep.
- Site visits, financial reviews, contractor calls/meetings, permitting reviews
- A renovation reset is just what it sounds like. Many construction projects get over budget, beyond timelines and are in serious need of a reset.
- We will be your advocate, guide and independent consultant through project completion.
Tier Three
Done-For-You Oversight
5-8% of project costs
Full project support, start to finish – We will guide you through the entire process. This might include plans, permitting, bid reviews, contractor evaluations. If applicable we can leverage our existing network of preferred contractors, architects and designers.
