Dr. Jason Balara is the founder of Lark Construction Services, where he helps clients navigate the challenges of building, renovating, and optimizing their projects with clarity and confidence. Drawing from his own experience as a real estate investor and construction manager, Jason brings a unique perspective that blends hands-on construction knowledge with the financial strategies of wealth-building.

Jason is also the CEO and Co-Founder of Lark Capital Group, a real estate investment firm focused on multifamily properties and business acquisitions. As the asset and construction manager of multiple apartment complexes, he has managed over $3 million in construction projects across the properties. His past experiences working in the trades and renovating residential homes over the last 3 decades have been instrumental in the success of these large commercial projects. 

In addition to his work in construction and real estate, Jason is a board-certified veterinary surgeon with over 15 years of medical experience. His dedication to precision, problem-solving, and high-stakes decision-making in surgery translates directly into the way he approaches projects, investments, and business growth.
